SlotSync allows you to:

  • Connect your Google, Microsoft, and other calendars
  • Sync events across providers
  • Share availability and booking links

You must not:

  • Use SlotSync for illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, misuse, or attack the service
  • Use the service to send spam or abuse scheduling links

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Calendar Access & Permissions

By connecting a calendar provider, you grant SlotSync permission to:

  • Read your calendar
  • Write or update events (only if needed for sync)
  • Display your availability
  • Provide scheduling features

You may revoke access at any time from your provider's settings.

4. Payments (Optional)

If SlotSync offers paid plans:

  • Fees will be clearly displayed
  • Billing is recurring unless canceled
  • Refunds follow our refund policy

5. Availability & Uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime
  • Error-free performance

We are not responsible for outages caused by Google, Microsoft, or other providers.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Abuse scheduling links
  • Impersonate another person
  • Attempt to scrape, hack, or overload the platform

Violations may lead to account termination.

7. Disclaimers

SlotSync is provided "as is" without warranty.

We are not responsible for:

  • Missed or conflicting events
  • Errors caused by third-party calendar providers
  • Any losses caused by scheduling or syncing issues

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SlotSync is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of business.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using SlotSync at any time.

We may terminate accounts for:

  • Abuse
  • Illegal activity
  • Violation of these Terms

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye (or choose another if preferred).
